COVID-19 GUIDELINES
Station One team is very happy to be back as you are. According to the guidelines for reopening from the state of Connecticut, we have to follow through all the necessary procedures. We will be practicing 6 feet social distancing. Both staff and clients must wear masks. If you are uncomfortable wearing a mask, this might not be a good time to visit the salon.
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. NO WALK INS.
CHECK IN PROCESS
Please wait in your car and call us 860 6641755 to check in. We will let you know when your stylist is ready for you. Please use hand sanitizer when you enter the salon. Temperature check will be administered to both staff and clients upon arrival. If you have a temperature any above 100.4F / 38C , we will ask you to leave the salon.
YOUR SERVICE
You will be escorted to a fully sanitized station which will be your safe zone for the duration of the visit. Hand sanitizers, Disinfectants and Towels will be available throughout the salon.
While being shampooed, please refrain from conversation.
Unfortunately, due to the state guidelines we cannot have magazines, or tea/coffee and goodies at this time. NO FOOD is allowed in the salon. You may bring a drink as long as it is in a covered cup or bottle.

We still offer professional products and encourage you to continue purchasing and using them.

*Gratuities will not be processed through the credit card system*, we will have tip envelopes available for your cash and check form which are welcome. You may also ask your stylist for their Venmo information for tipping. Unfortunately, we have to adjust our service price due to the increased cost of service and goods needed to perform our duties during this time. It has been a long time since we have had you in our chairs. Most clients will come in with excess regrowth that means we have to use extra color. Product/color up-charges will be applied as needed .

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 48 hours cancellation policy is requested to help with limited openings and reduce scheduling. Same day cancellations of your appointment may result in a 50% charge of service. NO SHOW will be charged in full for service. We apologize for this inconvenience but hope you understand that these are very challenging times and we must try to keep our business going accordingly.
The COVID-19 situation has been critical for everyone including our industry and our salon. We will get through this together. Thank you for your patience and Let us serve you again.

Station One Hair Salon is an elegant, full service salon. Station One Hair Salon is staffed with passionate, well educated professionals who are up to date on the latest trends. Owner Rosette Capone has been involved in the beauty industry for over 30 years and is extremely dedicated to each and everyone of her clients. Rosette began her career at Golden Edge and later moved on to work as part of the "Makeover Team" at Richard Penna Salon for 15 years. She began a new chapter in her life when she opened Station One Hair Salon 10 years ago . Aside from her business, she is a dedicated wife and loving mother of 3. Rosette is very involved in her community, whether it be in regards to her family or being involved with local charities and businesses.
